How to Apply

1. Application: Complete a series of basic questions about yourself, as well as brief application question.

   • Question: How does the Health Scholar program fit into your overall career goal? 

2. Demographics Form: Provide basic information such as your address & past employment.

3. Payment: Complete the required application fee of $21. This stage is required before moving on to the next required task.

Submit! All three required tasks must be complete in order to submit your application. Once your application is submitted and reviewed by our team, you will receive an invitation to interview with us.

Post-Interview Process

• Clearance: Upon acceptance you will begin uploading and completing your required clearance items in your Scholar Portal. These items can be uploaded under the Clearance tab and include your health insurance information, background check and potential drug screening, immunizations, and CPR certification. If noted in your acceptance email, you'll be able to schedule a Clearance Appointment, which can be set up under the Program tab.

• Pay your tuition: After your clearance appointment, make sure you have paid your tuition. You can do so by selecting Pay Tuition Fee under the Program tab.

• Attend training and pass entrance exams: The details of when and where training will take place will be communicated to you after your tuition is paid. In order to continue in the program and begin your first shift, you must also pass a written exam and practical exam.

• Start the program. Congratulations! You are now a Health Scholar!
