d) Budget agreements: The common expenses of each meeting will be borne by the host center, common expenses to all partners will be contributed equally.
e) Each center will propose a person responsible for dissemination. All the managers proposed by each center will form the dissemination team.
f) All partners will promote the project on the centre's website. It should have a link to the general website of the project.
The coordinating center created the accounts for the dissemination channels, as well as the project website. To create these accounts, the google account of the project has been used. All members had access to the accounts in the different social networks and the web.
After the first school year, a problem arises with the hosting of the web page, so it is decided to change to a google sites of the project account.
Evaluation and dissemination activities:
The evaluation of the functioning of the networks will be carried out at the end of the project, measuring their impact, with the number of visits, interactions, followers... This action is defined in the dissemination plan of the project.
The coordinating partner:
Creates a common informative brochure for the project is created using English, with a summary with the most important contents of the project. The coordinator will publish the brochures for each country on the results platform. Dissemination with the project website, TwinSpace and social networks.
Every partner:
Creates (own language) an infographic, based on the common one, being disseminated among the educational communities and on their web pages and social media.
On each school and at the local level the project is announced. The infographic is distributed among the educational community and in different educational centers of the city.
Evaluation and dissemination activities:
Evaluated through an online survey of the participants on their satisfaction and the evaluation of the impact of the infographics.
Every partner:
Find a space in the center where you can create a mural to publicize the project. This mural change throughout the project, updating it with the new activities carried out.
Once the corner is made, each member will upload a photograph of it to share it with the members. Not all partners can meet the same times, since due to the pandemic situation they cannot work at the school. It is agreed that it will be carried out as soon as possible.
On 12th February 2021, during school time, there were an online meeting with students.
One week before that date, on 5th February, each school uploaded to drive:
A presentation about their city (pictures, presentation, video…)
A presentation about their school (pictures, presentation, video…)
4 questions about something that is explained in these presentations. Angela Neijd will create a kahoot with all the questions together.
In that meeting students played the kahoot and dynamics in international teams. Students had to see the materials created from each country before the meeting.
All partners
In an online meeting, the teachers of the partner centers decided the conditions that the possible logos of the project must meet. These were:
- A logo is a sign of identification. The logo is a graphic representation of the project and its essence must be synthesized so that it can be easily identified, without unnecessary information. To find out more about the project, you can check our website: ontheshouldersofgiants.eu
- The design must be presented in high definition digital format. You can create the logo by hand or using the computer.
- The design must include the name of the project.
- You can not use any image with copyright. You have to develop your own design completely!!! If you use some photo without copyright permission, you have to thank its owner.
- The design has to include Erasmus+ Logo.
Each partner chose two logo proposals that were presented to the students participating in the project. On January 29, an online meet was held.
At the beginning of the meeting each school presented their logo ideas. The designers explained their motivation for their design.
There was a time to decide which logo each country wants to vote.
Finally, the vote started. Each school had 20 votes and divided them between their students. The tool used for the voting was mentimeter.
Evaluation and dissemination activities:
Evaluated through an online survey of the participants on their satisfaction
This activity was intended to monitor the project, reviewing the activities carried out and proposing improvements for the remaining activities that remained to be done.
The coordinating partner proposed an interim report scheme, based on the interim reports that had to be delivered in projects from previous years.
Once the scheme was made, the coordinating center proposed basic information to fill in the report. From this basic information, the partners worked on a shared document to improve the report and complete it. In this way, all the partners had a joint vision of the work carried out in the project and the actions to be carried out.
Once the report was finished, it was shared through the web and the Twinspace of the project.
A synchronized activity was carried out between the partners and through the Internet the work carried out was shared.
The partners created explanatory videos about the Erasmus+ projects and specifically about the On The Shoulders Of Giants project.
Photocalls were also prepared for the students to take photos and thus be able to publicize the Erasmus projects in the partner centers.
Finally, an online meeting was held where the project was explained and the work done was shared.
Evaluation and dissemination activities:
Evaluated through an online survey of the participants on their satisfaction.
This activity aims to create deeper ties between project participants. The students from each partner country will create some informative material about the Christmas traditions they have in their culture. They will also write congratulatory postcards to the rest of the members.
All this material will be shared through a padlet created with the project account. Once the students have seen and read this information shared between the partners, an online international meeting will be held in which, in international groups, they will share their traditions and some anecdotes lived on those dates.
Finally, they will play a kahoot with some questions about christmast traditions.
All project partners will hold a final exhibition where they will publicize the Erasmus projects and the work done in this project. They will also show the results obtained as well as the testimonials of the participating students and teachers. An attempt will be made to involve local authorities and publicize the meeting in the local press.
On the 30th May 2023 in our school was organised an event promoting the results of the project „On the shoulders
of giants.” In this event took part the vice-mayor and the representative of the education sector of our town and the
school community.
During this event we talked about the history of our project remembering happy and unforgettable moments from
our visits to befirended countries in Spain, Greece and Italy as well as about some obstacles that we had to face
while realising this project. Also , our students had a presentation about the last meeting in Spain and its main topic
that was realised there: the light. They also mentioned the educational value and the knowledge that they gained
connected with the topic of light while doing engaging activities. This part ended with a short movie about the
mobility in Spain presented by one of the students-participant in the exchange.
The ceremony ended with honouring the students with certificates.
The Spanish partner organize an exhibition in a room donated by the city council. This exhibition is opened to all citizens of the city. Posters and roll ups are exhibited explaining the Erasmus projects, the project methodology and the activities carried out by the students.
The exhibition could be visited by the general public. Being located in a public building, where different activities for young people are carried out, it had a significant influx of public. Participants in other activities were encouraged to visit the exhibition on one of the three days it was open.
The main act of the exhibition was held on June 7, 2023. The entire educational community and anyone interested were invited to visit the exhibition. An event was also organized where several students told you about their experience, as well as teachers and parents of students. In turn, some videos were shown summarizing the project and the videos that are its results.
Due to the circumstances of the Italian partner, he will carry out the Final Exhibition during the Erasmus Days 2023. In this way, although he cannot carry out this activity jointly, his activity will mean one more point in the sustainability of the project.
On the 21st of June 2023 in the context of the graduation day of the 3rd class, took place an exhibition regarding the Erasmus+ program under the title “On the Shoulders of Giants”. Students and their parents had the chance to come in touch with the results of the program, following a presentation and also to see the posters of the mobilities and the respective publications in local newspapers.
The coordinating partner writes his final report and shares it with the partners so they can make contributions. Once completed and shared, the partners write their own report for their NA.
