Title of the talk: Uma viagem pelas séries temporais de contagem...e não só

Abstract: Nesta apresentação falarei do meu percurso científico com a Isabel. Em particular, centrar-me-ei nos contributos feitos na área das séries temporais de contagem, nos modelos bilineares, e nos sistemas de alarme ótimos.

Manuel Scotto obtained his Ph.D. degree in Probability and Statistics from the University of Lisbon in 2001, and in 2012, he received the Habilitation (“Agregação”) degree from the University of Aveiro. He is currently Full Professor at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon. His current topics of research gravitate towards problems in integer-valued time series analysis, clustering and in applied statistics.
