Submission

Submissions are welcome on the central theme of the meeting or on any advanced topic in statistics.

We especially encourage master and PhD students to share their work to foster academic dialogue and encourage young researchers to disseminate their scientific contributions in the Young Researchers Session. Each accepted and registered submission will be presented as a pitch oral presentation (we suggest you prepare a few slides for that) as well as an A3-sized poster in a graphical abstract format that will be available during the whole meeting.

English is mandatory for slides and poster, but the pitch presentation may be performed in Portuguese (we encourage to be in English).

The submission of a proposal (title and abstract with no more than 250 words) is made in the submission form bellow.

Registration

The registration is mandatory for all participants and is made in the form below.

This event has a symbolic fee of 50€ to cover organizational expenses but is free for UA (University of Aveiro) students and CIDMA researchers. UA students must send a document proving their student status (Bachelor, Master or PhD). 

Payment should be made by bank transfer, between January 5th and January 31st to the University of Aveiro using the following IBAN:

The bank transfer proof or the UA student status proof (whenever applicable) must be sent by email to dmat-oneMAST@ua.pt.
