The great mongolian ruler Genghis Khan, which was something developed later, his birth name however, was Temüjin Borjigin
After spending about three hours Past 12AM , typing this, I was finally happy enough with what I had. So there I was ,copying the text I wrote in my laptop, and sending it to my phone, via whatsapp web. I slapped in a Photo of GK and and proceed to paste the nearly 5000 character text to instagram, and what do you know.
THEY HAVE A 2200 WORD LIMIT!
So I scrapped the idea of posting the whole thing and instead just posted all the bits I had on GK instead, which i guess wasn't so bad either.
Now for the moment I'm sure you were totally dying for, Here's the Full Text of what I initially hoped to post.
Expansion of the Mongols during the years
Chinggis Khaan, as what the fellow Mongolians say it, the first great khan who came about from humble beginnings and the founder of the Mongolian empire, which proceeded to become the largest bordering Empire in history, a historic icon. His life upbringing from humble hardships to the mass execution of over tens of millions and securing the silk road and improving trade throughout.
Growing up and getting arranged at 9 for marriage to unify their tribes and thereafter, having his father murdered, leading him and his family for the next several years in poverty scavenging for food and him killing his half brother cause he was annoying as hell(not the reason) and soon to be uniting the nomadic tribes of the Mongolian plateau, he conquered huge chunks of central Asia and China and conquering large parts of Eurasia and expanding his armies across the lands.
The Mongols were highly tolerant of most religions during the early Mongol Empire, and was governed by a civilian and military code, called the Yassa, created by Genghis Khan, which does not emphasize the importance of race or religion but rather on character, merit and talent. The Mongols were the most culturally and ethnically diverse empires in history.
Rather than Condemn the religion practised by the people he captured and the tribes conquered, the Mongols exempted religious leaders from taxation and allowed free practice of religion whether it be Daoism, Buddhism, Nestorian Christianity, Islam and so on. This improved governance. The man bought tens of thousands to follow him and respect him in nature not just as he is the highest authority. Documenting with bringing about the Mongolian script and other cool things which some were most likely horrible and cruel from the other side. It's interesting to think about how the modern world has not yet evolved and perfected this sort of harmony which was seen over 800 years ago from a Man who as according to a 2003 study, has direct descendants in 1 in 200 people. (the more you know)
We say and do certain things based on prejudice alone, which is enough reasoning for most. In many cases, it's not an individuals fault for doing this. Herd mentality and conforming and being taught a certain way, having that fused in your mind can be hard to divert from. Meeting many people who do this to some form or extent really, really clears up your mind as to what, following only a certain mindset will lead you to (Nothing bad was being thought, but he just found certain things that are prevalent in modern times, let's say the concept was 'interesting' to him) . Reading Karen Dionne's The Marsh King's daughter helped me to expand on that thought. If you grow up thinking in a community where everyone says that Fortnite dance is cool or Cardi B's music is good , it will undoubtedly strengthen your thoughts towards that notion. That being said, Encouraging and advertising openmindism(which I don't if is a word) without forcefully pushing for things such as forced diversity, should be something considered in order for the world to move forward without having individuals develop an ethnocentric superiority complex .(Having a diverse workforce is good, but if the selection is not based on merit but rather culture alone,It would still instil unfairness. Imagine being employed somewhere not cause of what you bring to the table, but rather how you look)I guess the 40 million who died under Chinggis meant nothing(not saying that his life goal was to bring peace to the world and equality, Im guessing the people he enslaved and killed didn't see it that way)
Once you realize and become content with the idea that not everyone enjoys the things you do, or more importantly the opinions you speak does not have any significance as to someone else's or in general. Life becomes easier without you being a people pleaser.Doing so is hard, I get it and sometimes I still find myself going on to older thoughts as if they were concrete fact (Mcnuggets are still the best though).
I'd say ignorance is bliss and figure most people wont come down this far to read this, thinking the entirety of this post is of the no doubt great and powerful Chenggis Khaan.Going from Genghis khan to stop judging others to not caring about other,in a really messy way , may be hard to read,So im thankful im never reading this again.
My poor writing skills may have caused you to lose brain cells and some my examples may possibly be interpreted in a negative light so bear in mind I don't mean it that way.
Please don't bother to 'extend' my thought process in the comments and talk about the world society and what should be done, I've already read and heard enough about what people think of the world and how they want to 'improve it' and, so commenting wont make the world a better place, neither does this post.but if you must, so be it.
