L1 Pancakes with some raisins and chopped apples.
Ingredients
3 Small bananas
2 eggs
Flour of choice (Wheat, Oat, Rice etc)
Open your fridge and see what you can add in.
Steps
Dump them bananas in a bowl and fork them into a very liquidy mush.
Add the eggs and mix well until well incorporated.
Add ENOUGH flour to create make a thicker consistency (But if you really wanted a number, somewhere around 1/2-3/4 cup of flour)
Fry on a lightly oiled pan and heat each side for about 2 mins on a medium flame (If you ate my premixes before, you can use the same method as that (Omaza Premixes.)
Dump in a plate and eat it with whatever you have in the fridge or plain, I chopped some apples into thin sticks and had them with that.
