Making this was so frustrating
I didn't expect the game to take as long as it did, each script I coded and each thing I set up took me at least an hour to set up and understand as to how it works and the logic behind the code and how it connects to everything. But GOD the errors I had to find and solve took a bulk of my time, I'm pretty good at Googling, but I didn't have any clue as to what I should even search, I eventually did find help and search random quiries related to my issues until I found something that worked and when it did work, I got so yeeeeeeeeeee, something I made on my own is movinggg!!!!
All the assets besides the Audio and the UI elements are self made, from my phone sketch app and using Illustrator to make it into a vector so I could get a far higher quality image, which To be honest could've been skipped since the images were anyways downsized more than even my original images. That actually was the least time consuming bit, taking around 20 mins or less to do everything related to the current game (v1)
The 3rd party assets were just the top most free popular audios and UI elements on the Unity Webstore(will sput a link up soon)
I made the entire game in Unity, coding all the scripts using C#
It was really enjoyable using Unity, I wasted countless and pointless hours in the past looking online at "what game engine is the best" or 'Unity Vs. Xxx engine" and so on, without ever actually doing anything, just trying to do things perfectly and end up doing nothing at all.
After watching that LTT video I mentioned in my prior page, I ended up watching the Entire roughly 5 hour playlist on how to build your first Unity game, Watching it was pretty enjoyable as well (Link) ,
Fast-forward to yesterday after my exams were over, I had an hour or 3 break and then straight away went on and started making. I heavily enjoyed making these sorta things growing up, using blender to make random blocks and a plank structure which happens to be my first YT video as well, so starting Unity and using it, a lot of the terminology and ideas behind what things were and how they worked weren't entirely Greek to me, but still had plenty of learning and overall enjoyed the whole experience making it.

Is it really difficult to make this?
I wouldn't call anything difficult per se, if you put in time into anything it gets easier.
But for someone whose never done coding or algorithms before at any level, again, it might be a little bit bothersome to follow what's going on at times, but if you take time to get the logic and understand, your good to go, I would recommend you start of with really simple things like what I showed in my Python Projects, its sooo much more simpler to understand and way more easier. Just to get the gist of what things are.
Either way, Your going to do just fine if your really interested in making these and know that google exists to help you whatever you have trouble along the way. It sure did help me making this.
You don't have to be good at sketching to make characters, even simple ones are okay, take your time and make something on your phone's sketching app or if you really aren't interested in sketching then there are many premade assets for you to import to your projects for free!
Just be patient and your good to go.
