This is a pretty easy cake I first made in 2019 that doesn't need any knowledge of baking or using the oven or stove or using a measuring cup or using anything besides a bowl and a few other things
To make this you first could to follow the Cookies n cream ice cream recipe to make the ice cream portion of this. if you wish to skip this, that's not really an issue, my first time I made this, I just used Vanilla ice cream sprinkling biscuit dust and crumbs on top and it turned out great!, its the one shown on the picture
300-400g chocolate biscuits
2L vanilla ice cream
Take a 400g packet of chocolate biscuits and take about 3/4th of that and crush it finely in to a powder.
Mix a table spoon or or 3 of butter, the amount would depend on how dry your powder is (dryer=more butter) to make it into a sort of beachy sand consistency.
Take a cake pan with a detachable base* and oil the base. This is just for easy removal
Dump your finely powdered biscuits into the pan and start compacting it with the back of the spoon until it looks uniform and rigid, this is the base of the cake. ( I did it about 1/2 a cm tall, do as you like)
Take a Liter of vanilla ice cream and lay it out to soften a bit*. (to the point its easy but not runny to scoop) scoop this layer on top of the biscuit base, try to push it in well to all the corner.
Take the few of the biscuits of the biscuits and crush them into small chucks and start drizzling it on top of the cake. you can even add any extra fine biscuit dust you may have on top.
Place it in the freezer till it hardens(best overnight)
Additionally you can take it out when it semi hardens and add you own fun little things with extra biscuits to it
Once harden, take it out the pan and serve
Tadaaaaaa
*(Or use a normal pan but put foil on it and wax paper on top of the foil base, or else the biscuits will stick it it, trust me you do not want that, it happened to me once)
