Owen’s Landscaping offers a structured Internship Program designed to train the next generation of landscaping and business professionals. This program is managed by our Executive & Management team and provides hands-on experience across multiple departments.
Interns gain real-world skills, exposure to business operations, and a path toward long-term employment at Owen’s Landscaping.
Owen’s Landscaping welcomes motivated young individuals who want to learn and grow in the landscaping and business fields. To qualify:
Minimum Age: 15 years old
Work Authorization: Must have proper working papers if under 18
Consent Form: Parent or legal guardian must complete a signed internship consent form
Required Documents: W-4, I-9, and any necessary identification (SSN card, ID)
Commitment: Able to commit to scheduled hours and attend required training
Transportation: Reliable means of getting to job sites or office
Tip: Not all internships are field-based; some may be office, IT, marketing, or logistics. Make sure your interests align with the department track you want.

Summer Internship: 8–10 weeks
Semester Internship: 12–16 weeks
Leadership/Advanced Internship: 6 months
Hours per week: 10–30 (depending on age and department assignment)
