This post-art or anti-art series was inspired by my album 'Feldspar Valley' made on 2023. To provide some context, I have copied down below the liner notes of the album which are also included in the digital album available on my Bandcamp account: Feldspar Valley on Bandcamp. The album is also available on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, and many other music services and social platforms.

The works published here were created using AI generative art, Photoshop, and video editing tools. Grounded in the raw existential level and from a post-dualistic perspective, the collection challenges any pre-established, formal and traditional conceptions of "art" which for me are always linked and even rooted in preconceived, fixed, normal-izing and regulatory notions of "human". There is no "Art" here—only new and ephemeral bundles of energy.

LINER NOTES

The album was born from the harshness of a hostile and meaningless Universe, but also from an absurd will to continue living. It includes 9 tracks plus a bonus track titled "Dream Weaver". The album navigates through avant-garde soundscapes but also through familiar blocks of sounds. Sometimes it smells like a dark forest in the middle of the night and other times like a joyful sunny day where anomalies and allied monsters are possible. It's a surrealist bundle of energy, full of contrasts and experimentation, echoing both the earthbound rawness and the subconscious spirals of dreams while holding in its hands new potentiating packs of sensations alienated from a stagnated human world locked in the prisons of the status quo, normality, societal norms, hyper-commercialism, mainstream complacency and fear. Ambient music, chiptune, experimental, synth pop, darkwave, electro, noise and other genres and styles with the same level of importance interweave and contaminate each other in one restless, deterritorializing and mutant place. The whole album could be seen as a surreal and strange liminal space leading to other uncertain and unknown places yet to be discovered. It's an “in-between” and playful world of its own produced by a diy/lofi aesthetic machinery.
