The elected Executive Committee, in consultation with Grady Strata and Facilities and owners, is developing additional information for all residents about the House Rules, providing additional clarification where required and how they will be managed at Observatory Living.

This additional information (policies) is to assist all residents in their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in the operation of the Observatory Living Complex. It is designed to set out procedures to assist in the smooth running of our facilities, provide clarification of who does what and when and to encourage community harmony.
