For all residents

• All residents should note that the House Rules for the Complex were updated at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Owners Corporation. These updated House Rules have now been registered with the ACT Government under ‘Rule 13’ of the Owners Corporation Rules and so have the force of law. It is an offence under ACT law to fail to comply with a Rule Infringement Notice. For Owners with tenants you may be liable under the law for your tenants failing to comply with House Rules and Rule Infringement Notices.  All residents in the Observatory Living need to familiarise themselves with the House Rules and the policies that accompany them.
