Newton's Laws of Motion

Newton's First Law: An object at rest tends to stay at rest. An object in motion tends to stay in motion in a straight line and at constant velocity unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. This is the law of inertia (the more mass an object has, the more inertia it has. This means heavier objects require more force to change their motion)

Newton's Second Law: Force = mass x acceleration

Newton's Third Law: All forces come in pairs. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
