Louise Hay Movie Night
Louise Lynn Hay was an American motivational author and professional speaker. She authored several New Thought self-help books, including the 1984 book You Can Heal Your Life, and founded Hay House publishing. You can heal your life was later made into a movie.
We're excited to inform everyone that Michael Budnick, who has recently become active in our OASIS family and is a trained Louise Hay practitioner, is holding a movie night at OASIS at 6:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 23, 2026, to show a documentary of Louise Hay's life and healing practice. We're looking forward to watching the movie and hearing about Michael's practice.
Please see the link below to the flyer about the movie night and share it with anyone that you know would be interested in attending. Registration is encouraged, but is not required to attend.

Spiritually Inspired Action
Presenter: Rev. Carol Bodeau
How do you know if that impulse you have to ‘do something’ is coming from a deep well of spiritual wisdom, from panic and fear, or just from habit? So much of our world is designed to give us the answer in advance of what constitutes ‘right action.’ Religions, governments, philosophies…all try to create pre-set lists of things we should do, and things we should not do. But we have all had the feeling, at one time or another, that those external voices are telling us something that just isn’t right for us. So how do you know what is right for you? In this workshop, we will explore our own internal voices, and consider how to tell the difference between those that steer us towards our highest good, and those that hold us in personal and collective limitation.
Rev. Carol Bodeau is Unitarian Universalist minister, a farmer, and an advocate for understanding our lives through the lens of spiritual energy.
For more info on this program, call Lisa Mixon at 865-659-8234, or Linda Sammataro at 865-368-2534
Open group format; small donation for meeting space is requested.
Men are always welcome.
We look forward to you being part of the Smoky Mountain Women of Wisdom.
See you there.
Namaste!
