We will explore the energy that comes from the human hand. Most people are not aware of the potential for healing and energy transformation that is in everybody's hands. Ancient knowledge is now being rediscovered and used for good. Mudras are not just hand positions. They are quiet doorways—simple, powerful ways to align intention, energy, and awareness. Shanti looks forward to exploring them with you. If you use your hands for healing and energy work, you should attend this exciting session.
We will enjoy a video with a full out explanation with information from Michio Kushi's writings, as well as practical application of a mudra for Peace that Shanti personally used since childhood. You will also discover the one that will personally benefit you.
About Shanti: I was raised in a home where yoga, meditation, and spiritual inquiry were simply part of daily life. The Sacred was never separate from the ordinary. For more than thirty years, I’ve continued walking that path—studying, practicing, teaching, and evolving through the wisdom traditions that have shaped me.
My work weaves together yoga, Daoist cultivation, energy medicine, breathwork, and consciousness exploration in a way that feels embodied and practical. I’m less interested in philosophy as theory and more interested in what truly transforms us—what we can feel, live, and integrate.
I’m an ordained minister and Daoist priestess, and I serve as founder of Shanti Dao Sanctuary, a faith-based nonprofit devoted to spiritual education, healing arts, and cultivating conscious community. Everything I offer—whether in ceremony, private sessions, or group teachings—comes from a place of lived experience and deep reverence for the intelligence within each person.
