本單位僅提供樣品委託製備服務，無提供樣品製備教學服務
收費標準
財政部來函課徵營業稅，本校貴重儀器服務案性質係屬技術服務案之類別。故據以辦理本校貴重儀器服務案繳納營業稅事宜，應依規課徵營業稅5%。
以上皆不含耗材費及儀器教學費
I. 離子削薄機 (GATAN PIPS-691 Ion-Miller)
1. 北科材資系自行操作使用費 100元/時
2. 北科校內自行操作使用費 200元/時
3. 校外及廠商自行操作使用費 300元/時
4. 需自備拋光夾具，若無拋光夾具，損耗費 300元/時
5. 儀器教學費及考照 1000元/ 人
以上內含Ar氣體耗材費
* Ion Guns : Two penning ion guns with miniature rare earth magnets。
