CNSOC Resolutions

What is a Resolution?

A resolution is a document that outlines the Caucus’s current position on any given matter and our plans to address said matter. Once approved, the Caucus abides by the agreement made in a Resolution. Agreements made in Resolutions can be changed only by passing another Resolution changing the previous agreement. You may view a list of all Caucus Resolutions passed by the General Assembly below. You may view all upcoming Resolution Proposals here.

What is a Motion to Act?

A Motion to Act is a document that outlines a Caucus entity’s (the Secretariat, a committee, a group of Caucus Members) plan to take action on behalf of the Caucus. Secretariat Members may approve them from their assigned committees. The Secretary-General may approve them for reasons listed in Constitution Article IV and other Caucus Resolutions (see above). You may view a list of completed MOAs below. Caucus Members may submit a MOA on this page.
