Newport Pagnell Christmas Lights (NPCL) is a volunteer-run organisation dedicated to bringing festive cheer to our community.

We always welcome feedback from our community.

Whether you've attended one of our events, sponsored a bulb, supported us through fundraising or simply have an idea that could help us improve, we'd love to hear from you.

Many of the improvements we make each year come from suggestions made by local residents, volunteers, supporters and businesses.

📄 Complaints Procedure

We hope that everyone has a positive experience with Newport Pagnell Christmas Lights.

If something hasn't met your expectations, we'd like the opportunity to put things right.

How to make a complaint

Please contact us by email with as much information as possible, including:

• Your name and contact details.

• A description of the issue.

• The date and location (if relevant).

• Any supporting information that may help us investigate.

What happens next?

We'll acknowledge your complaint as soon as reasonably possible.

A member of the NPCL committee will review the information provided and investigate the matter where appropriate.
