Many of our events require advance booking to help us manage numbers and ensure everyone has the best possible experience.
When booking an NPCL event:
Places may be limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Payment may be required to secure your booking.
Booking confirmation will be sent using the contact details you provide.
Please check event details carefully before booking.
If you can no longer attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else.
Refunds, where applicable, will be considered in line with the individual event information.
If NPCL needs to cancel or significantly change an event, we'll contact everyone who has booked using the details provided.
Unless otherwise stated, children attending NPCL events must remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or accompanying adult at all times.
Some events may have age restrictions or supervision requirements, which will always be clearly stated when booking.
We're delighted to welcome a wide variety of stalls to our events and aim to offer visitors an enjoyable and diverse shopping experience.
To help us achieve this:
Stall applications are reviewed individually.
We may limit duplicate stall types to provide greater variety.
Submission of an enquiry or application does not guarantee a space.
Successful applicants will receive confirmation and further event information.
Stallholders are expected to follow any event instructions provided before or during the event.
Where fees apply, payment details and deadlines will be provided following acceptance.

Future event publicity
By attending a public NPCL event, you acknowledge that photography and filming may take place.
If you have concerns about appearing in photographs, please speak to a member of the NPCL team during the event and we'll do our best to accommodate your request where reasonably possible.
Everything we do is organised by volunteers who are passionate about bringing festive cheer to Newport Pagnell.
We ask everyone attending our events to treat volunteers, performers, stallholders and fellow visitors with kindness and respect so that everyone can enjoy the experience.
