Serves 32
8 oz Honey Combine all ingredients, and cook over medium heat
4 qt Water until the honey is fully dissolved.
¾ t Cinnamon
½ t Ground Cloves
¼ t Ground Ginger
Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Filter out spices with a very fine strainer or cheese cloth
Can be served warm or cold.
