Finally, just a friendly reminder that the Emergency Exit Gates along Trent side need to remain clear at all times, particularly on event days. This includes the vehicle exit gate on the slope next to the bicycle shelter, where unobstructed access is essential for emergency vehicles.
Our regular staff will be at the Trent side North entrance on match days to offer any guidance required and to provide information flyers to new members who may be less familiar with our matchday safety arrangements. We would be grateful if you could share this information with your teams and members to help everyone plan accordingly.
As always, thank you for your continued support and cooperation in helping us manage matchday operations safely and smoothly.
Should you have any queries, new points of contact or require further information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
With thanks
Darren
Parking Reminder – Trentside Area
As a polite reminder, please ensure that all vehicles have vacated the Trentside area well before the HVM bollards are raised. Your cooperation in maintaining clear access is greatly appreciated.
Additionally, we kindly ask that vehicles using Trentside refrain from parking in front of the Stadium Exit Gates—particularly those marked with “24 Hour Access Required” signage. Keeping these gates clear is essential to the smooth operation of our events.
As always, we kindly ask that you share these updates with your colleagues and members so they can incorporate them into their schedules.
If you have any questions, concerns, or updated contact details, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support in helping make these events at the City Ground safe and secure.
