3 Ball
Put your hands in Starting Position, 2 balls in one hand, 1 ball in the other hand.
Ball 1 is the ball that is furthest from you in the hand that has 2 balls.
Ball 2 is the ball that is by itself in the other hand.
Ball 3 is the ball that is nearest to you in the hand that has 2 balls.
As in 2 ball practice, throw ball 1 with proper form. When it approaches it's maximum height (just above your head), throw ball 2 and immediately catch ball 1. When ball 2 approaches it's maximum height, throw ball 3 and immediately catch ball 2.
Repeat throwing and catching (righthand, lefthand, righthand, lefthand...,) as long as you can
Things to avoid:
Throwing the balls too quickly or at the same time. It's like walking, one foot at a time, right-foot, left-foot, right-foot, left-foot, etc.
Throwing outside of the Window Pane
