2 Ball
Put your hands in Starting Position, 1 ball in in each hand.
Throw ball 1 with proper form (it doesn't matter which ball is 1). When it reaches it's maximum height (just above your head), throw ball 2 with proper form.
Repeat step 2, but start with the other hand
Repeat steps 2 & 3
Things to avoid:
Throwing the ball 2 too quickly after ball 1 or at the same time.
Throwing outside of the Window Pane
