We are guiding you to use the bus, but it is not frequent and there is not service after 19:05 at Haneda (terminal 3, Tokyo International Airport, HND).

So, we suggest that you use also the trains. In fact, the train is faster than the bus.

Please buy a SUICA prepaid card at Haneda airport terminal 3.

You can use the card for every train system and monorail from Haneda airport to Tsukuba.

You need to come to Tsukuba through the crowed center of Tokyo, but it is easy by the following root.



Regarding the access to Tsukuba from Narita:

only method is to use the bus; the final bus leaves Narita airport (terminal 3), Narita airport (terminal 2), and Narita airport (terminal 1), at 22:30, at 22:35, and at 22:40, respectively. 

From Tsukuba Center to Epocal Tsukuba (the symposium venue), please take an 8-minute walk.

Tsukuba City

Tsukuba city is a bustling scientific and technological innovation center in Japan.
