Access information to Epocal Tsukuba:
We are guiding you to use the bus, but it is not frequent and there is not service after 19:05 at Haneda (terminal 3, Tokyo International Airport, HND).
So, we suggest that you use also the trains. In fact, the train is faster than the bus.
Please buy a SUICA prepaid card at Haneda airport terminal 3.

You can use the card for every train system and monorail from Haneda airport to Tsukuba.
You need to come to Tsukuba through the crowed center of Tokyo, but it is easy by the following root.
From Haneda terminal 3 station (station numbering is MO 08) to Hamamatsucho station (station numbering is MO 01: the final stop of the monorail)
<= it takes about 20min by monorail (departure every 10min)Please change to the JR train at Hamamatsucho station which is the final stop of monrail.
Please go to the track 1 or 2 at the same platform of JR train and get on Yamanote line (yellow-green colored train) at 2nd track
or Keihin-Tohoku line (blue colored train) at the 1st track: the trains with any destinations are available.Please get off Akihabara station: The numbering of Akihabara station is JY 03 for Yamanote line and JK28 for Keihin-tohoku line.
It takes about 10min from Hamamatsucho.Please change to the Tsukuba express train for Tsukuba station
From Akihabara station to Tsukuba (station numbering is TX20)
<= Tsukuba express train (departure every 20min, please use rapid or semi-rapid train. Additional fair is not needed)
Please choose the train bounded for Tsukuba.
Regarding the access to Tsukuba from Narita:
only method is to use the bus; the final bus leaves Narita airport (terminal 3), Narita airport (terminal 2), and Narita airport (terminal 1), at 22:30, at 22:35, and at 22:40, respectively.
