General, Student Registration / Reception & Dinner Banquet Fee, Science Tour Fee for Accompanying Person and Student
The registration fees for general and students are as follows.
*1 Registration includes symposium program, reception (1st day), coffee and tea during symposium, lunch (2nd - 5th days), science tour (4th day), and dinner banquet (4th day).
*2 Registration students includes symposium program, coffee and tea during symposium, and lunch (2nd - 5th days) (Students who participate in "the reception and dinner banquet" and "the science tour," the following "reception & dinner banquet fee" and "science tour fee" for student/accompanying are required, respectively.).
Payment Method
The registration site will be launched on Apr 1st, 2023, at 0:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9) .
All conference participants are required to register through the online registration site (We only accept online registration). The online registration system is operated by JTB (Japan Tourist Bureau) and can be reached here:

Reservations for hotel nikko tsukuba can be made through the registration site.
Please retain the inquire number shown in “My Page” and in email which will be sent you automatically after your registration.
The presenting author will be asked to input your abstract number (ex. IUTAM23NL_0465) in the registration.
The deadline for early registration is 23:59 (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9) May 15th, 2023.
The deadline for online registration is 23:59 (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9) July 1st, 2023.
Payment can be made only by credit card.
Receipts for registration fees are available for download from “My Page” of the above online registration system.
