Previous ARC Recommendations (of renovation/addition):
8/17/21: The ARC recommended conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the Staff level.
7/20/21: The ARC voted to defer the application to allow the applicant time to meet with the staff. The ARC requested that exploratory demolition and/or Sanborn research be conducted to determine what the original openings on the front façade were. The ARC also requested that existing elevations be added to the updated drawing set for the next meeting. The ARC stated that the changes to the existing roofline at the front façade were not appropriate and suggested using dormers instead.
