I redesigned the home screen widgets and push notifications to deliver more daily value and provide a gentler, more effective reminder for users to check in.

Redesigned Reflection Prompts

I redesigned the "Wisdom" prompts and reflection themes (like "Positive Thinking") to be more engaging and to better encourage deeper user exploration.

Improved Mood Dashboard

I refined the main dashboard UI to provide a clearer, more scannable overview of mood trends, helping users understand their emotional patterns at a glance.

Refined Journaling Flow

Reducing user friction, I redesigned the entry flow to be more intuitive, guiding users through selecting their mood and activities using modified components.
