Role: UI/UX Designer
Summary: A case study on designing a next-generation food app from the ground up. I designed the complete mobile experience, merging social discovery, an AI-powered chat, and a deals platform to help users find their next food adventure.
I designed a frictionless sign-in flow with social login options (Facebook, Google) and included a language selection screen to ensure the app is accessible to a wider audience.
I designed these carousel screens to quickly communicate the app's three core pillars: finding deals with an AI helper, connecting with friends, and controlling your profile.
To make discovery more social, I designed a unique user profile that focuses on a user's "food adventure style," helping friends connect over shared tastes.
The home screen is the central hub. I designed it to feature an AI Chat helper, a powerful filter system, and a "Deals" section to make finding food fast, easy, and valuable.
Designed a Multi-Feature App: Successfully architected and designed a complete, end-to-end mobile experience, from initial user onboarding to the core discovery and social flows.
Integrated Three Apps in One: My design unified a social platform, a food-finder, and an AI-powered deal-hunting tool into a single, intuitive interface.
Created a Unique Social Hook: The "Food Adventure Profile" I designed acts as a key differentiator, encouraging social connection and making discovery more personal.
Established a Strong Visual Identity: I designed the complete UI system and brand experience, positioning CheFoodie as a fun, modern, and next-generation food app.
