An older man and member of a crew that stopped on Dry Turtle. After a falling out where he killed his partner at Cat's Cradle, he escaped out into the streets. During the confrontation, he used a curse or technique called 'Reject,' that nullified Alex's magnetic pull.

Three bank robbers who foolishly try to conduct a heist in Dry Turtle. Only one is named 'Brian.' They are captured by the Cleaners before they get away.
