'Little Jim'

The captain of the outpost at Cragg Hollow and the Little February. His primary concern in life is rising in ranks and getting a promotion. He was killed via blunt force trauma by 'Tin Man' Ortega.

Techniques

Path of Might - Strength technique that allows the user to bolster muscle strength and durability briefly.
Path of Breath - Stamina technique that allows the user to use more aether with less effort.
Full Iron - Hawkins flexes his entire body's muscles to break through a restraint.
Rock Barrage - Using his increased strength, Hawkins rips rocks from the ground and throws them at an opponent.

Tanis

An expert swordsman and lieutenant in the Military Police, Tanis has served with Hawkins for years. His service came to an end after being defeated by 'Sword Saint' Sayed in Cragg Hollow.

Techniques

Path of Step - Movement technique that allows the user to move rapidly over a short distance.
Line Thrust - A technique where Tanis thrusts out a volume of air along with his sword to pierce his opponent from a distance.
Line Convergence - A technique where multiple rapid thrusts converge on a single point.
Line Reverse - A technique where Tanis uses his speed to get behind his opponent for a thrust.

Doctor Livesay

Doctor Livesay has been stationed on Cragg Hollow for over thirty years. He discovered the parasitic crustaceans at some point in that time and spent most of his days modifying the creatures into masks that could be placed on people's faces to control them. When the logbook brought the danger of more attention to Cragg Hollow, he decided to enact a plan to escape the island, forcing masks on his other officers before attempting to steal a ship. His plans were foiled when he was killed by 'Thorn Queen' Leah and an inky wolf.
