I offer a thorough and inclusive approach that considers the complete individual; the tripartite man; encompassing their soul (which includes the mind, will, and emotions), spirit, and body (which includes the senses). My services feature Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching, integrating a variety of holistic practices such as Holistic Christian Herbalism, Natural Health, Holistic Nutrition, Holistic Herbalism, Iridology, and Trauma-Informed care. Through my signature method, The Holistic P.E.N. Way, I strive to enhance the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of my clients, fostering a harmonious balance within the tripartite man. As a COACH you will guide your client through the process of this method using a journal as your guide that incorporates holistic modalities.
