The Wellness Herbalist program provides a strong foundation in herbalism, emphasizing kitchen herbalism for your family, friends, and community. Whether you're a beginner or someone with some experience in herbal practices, these courses are designed to deepen your understanding and skills.

In the Kitchen Herbalism Levels 1 & 2, you'll explore the use of everyday herbs and spices found in your kitchen, learning how to create remedies and enhance meals with natural, health-boosting ingredients. The Holistic Winter Workshop Levels 1-3 delves into the intricacies of the immune and lymphatic systems, equipping you with knowledge to support health during the colder months. The Winter Skin Workshop specifically targets skincare solutions using herbal approaches to maintain radiant skin even in harsh conditions. 

The Wellness Herbalist Training consolidates your learning, bringing together various herbal practices to cultivate a comprehensive skill set. As you progress, you'll build confidence in preparing herbal treatments and advising others on herbal wellness, empowering you to share this wisdom with those around you. This program not only enriches your personal life but also opens doors to professional opportunities in the growing field of herbal medicine.

Teachings are more secular, however, there maybe footnotes of biblical perspective.
