REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION WILL START ON SEPTEMBER 15

Those who intend to attend at the virtual conferences or to present a poster or a communication must be registered. For registration please carefully fill in the appropriate REGISTRATION FORM .

Deadline for reception of forms and payments, as well as for the reception of abstracts is December 22nd . Late registration fees (after December 22nd) will be increased and there will be no possibility of including new presentations in the program and in the published abstracts.

Payment must be made in Euro (only).

Registration fees can be payed in advance by means of

- Credit card (PayPal payment only). This is the preferred payment method. The fee includes 5.00 euro for handling expenses.

- Bank transfer. Any bank charges must be paid by the applicant. Please state clearly the applicant's NAME on the bank transfer forms when using this method.

- Banker's draft forwarded together with the registration form. The banker's draft should be purchased at your bank and made out in Euro payable at an Italianbank. In case of banker's draft you should add 30.00 euro to the total for handling expenses.

The registration fees cover the attendance to the scientific activities (lectures, free communications, poster sessions) and the abstract book of the conference as a pdf file.

A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be available until January 31st, after this date no refund will be available.
