Can I take classes away from TCU?

Permission through the Transfer Credit Request process is required before you can take courses outside of TCU for credit.

Students submit their request online through their my.tcu.edu student portal homepage under the "Academic Records" tile.

Students who are not in their major can get permission to transfer in courses from a community college.

Students who are already in their chosen business major may only transfer in courses from a 4-year university (no community college). Any institution that offers associates degrees is considered a community college.
