Brain Tumor
Brain tumors are the most common childhood solid tumors and the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in children. Recently, brain cancer immunotherapy has emerged with diverse immune approaches such as gene-targeted, peptide vaccines, dendritic cell vaccines, oncolytic viruses, and immune checkpoint inhibitors. Despite these approaches, we struggle with the treatment of brain tumors.
