Welcome to the official resource hub for the NC4N Global Virtual Summer School 2026 — Nuclear Pathways, the second edition of Newcomers4Nuclear Global's flagship international capacity-building programme.

This page brings together everything from the two-week programme in one place — free of charge, open access, and built for the 1,000+ emerging nuclear professionals from 111 countries who were part of this historic edition, and for anyone who wants to learn from it.

You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your submission. Please note that due to the volume of participants in this programme, there may be a slight delay in our response — but every submission will be confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

📌 Certificate Requirement — Essay Submission

Some participants are required to submit a short essay to receive their official Certificate of Participation:

• Participants who joined after Wednesday (August 5, 2026) of the first week, or

• Participants who did not check their acceptance email on time and are catching up on Week 1–2 lectures.

If you joined from Day 1 and have met the standard attendance requirement, this does not apply to you.

What to do:

1. Review the lecture recordings below to catch up on missed content.

2. Write a 300–400 word essay on why newcomer countries should adopt nuclear technology and its long-term benefits (covering clean energy, long-term growth, new jobs, and overcoming public fear.
   
   ESSAY REQUIREMENTS

•      Length: 300–400 words (approximately one page).

•      Topic: Why newcomer countries or groups should adopt nuclear technology, and the long-term benefits it brings.

•      Goal: Completing this essay is required to receive your official Certificate of Participation, completing the survey of satisfaction and the final test.

Key themes to address:

•      Clean Energy — how nuclear power generates electricity without carbon emissions.

•      Long-Term Growth — the value of stable, reliable power supply over decades.

•      New Jobs — the high-skilled employment and training opportunities created by nuclear projects.

•      Overcoming Fear — how safety culture and regulation build public trust in the technology.

3. Submit your essay through the official Google Form — essays: Essay Form-NC4N Summer School 2026 [Second Edition]  sent by email or WhatsApp will not be processed.

The Knowledge Assessment is a multiple choice quiz based on the lecture content from both weeks of Nuclear Pathways 2026. It is designed to consolidate and confirm your learning — not to penalise you.

What you need to know:

• Format: Multiple choice questions based on lecture content from Weeks 1 and 2

• Minimum passing score: 60%

• Available online — complete at your own pace within the deadline

• Required for your Certificate of Participation
