What the inter-league is about

This event arose as an initiative to provide more competitive play for players who might not otherwise compete against each other in two neighbouring leagues - it is a challenge between NBF and Bury & District Badminton League (BDBL) which started in the 2016/17 season and consists of a match up between 2 teams ranked A and B playing in the Rushworth format of doubles - 2 men's, 2 ladies'  and 5 mixed.

Current holders are NBF.    See Archive for previous year's results and scoresheets.

Sadly due to COVID the 2019/20 match (to be hosted by NBF) could not take place so NBF remain the current holders until the re-match, so hopefully we can reinstate at some stage - details to follow.
