Supplemental Ninjutsu are Justu that hold no Affinity thus anyone can cast them as long as they know the jutsu or action. Some Stunts do not require Ninjutsu (the skill) but instead use other skills from the list.
Basic Body Flicker: [Movement] By using the Body Flicker Technique, a shinobi can move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Once per encounter Gain a +2 to any Movement Based Action.
Body Substitution Adept: [Movement] (Requires: Basic Body Flicker) With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. Once per encounter, if you succeed on a defense roll using Ninjutsu, you may move 2 zones in any direction but forward.
Clone Decoy: [Ninjutsu] Once per scene on your turn as a free action, you may create 2 Clones that must stay inside of your zone. When created you declare a number 1-3 which represents you verse the clones that you just created, these clones will last until the end of the conflict unless destroyed, disrupted or dismissed. Whenever you are opposed, your opponent must roll a 1d3 before you roll your defense roll. If the number lands on anything other than your declared number that means your clone was targeted. The clone makes no roll and simply is destroyed no matter the attackers roll amount. If the dice lands on you, use your defensive action as normal. These clones do not add any additional benefit to any other actions.
Sensory Ninjutsu: [Sensory] The user will do a series of hand seals and place their hands in the air, water, or ground. Releasing waves of chakra out of their hands. These waves of chakra will bounce back to the user after traveling out 6 zones (small village). As the chakra returns to the user it will evoke an image in the user's head of the immediate area around them, or in the area within a 1 mile distance. These are still images, not moving images, but can give the user a good idea of what is happening if they aren’t able to see otherwise. The caster is able to make a Sensory Overcome action, against anything within the allotted area. Only things that would be trying to conceal themselves would need to defend against this action. This stunt can be chosen again to increase the area x2.
Chakra Suppression: [Stealth] you can hide your chakra at will which lowers your presence and aids in hiding you from Sensory based notice attempts. Gain a +2 to Stealth when defending against Sensory based Discovery actions against you. Using this stunt requires lots of concentration and can not be used during combat or other focus oriented tasks.
Chakra Shutdown: [Stealth] (Requires Chakra Suppression) Spend a Fate Point to completely slow your chakra line to where it has become completely undetectable by Sensory based Discovery attempts. This requires complete focus on this action. No other actions can be taken during this performance.
