One of the biggest issues at cubing competitions is the problem of misscrambles, which lead to frustrating re-solves. As someone passionate about both programming and cubing, I noticed that most projects in this space focus on solving the cube automatically rather than facilitating the competition process or helping users train.
To tackle this, I built a scramble verification website. It generates WCA-standard scrambles and lets users scan their cubes to check if they've been scrambled correctly. On top of that, I added extra features like a cube timer and a notation flashcard trainer to make it a complete tool for cubers.
This project was a great way to combine my interests and address a real-world problem in the cubing community!
