CAD Models
I have a passion for 3D Design and additive manufacturing methods - here are only some of the CAD projects I've worked on!

Course Projects
Throughout multiple course projects, I've used my CAD skills to create functional, large scale assemblies with engineering drawings.
For each of these projects, comprehensive engineering reports and model renders were also created.
RFID Cat Bowl
For a mini project, I designed a cat bowl in OnShape that uses an RFID sensor and tag to open and close the lid, ensuring my two cats can eat without stealing each other’s food.
I used a Prusa i3 3D printer and identified optimal settings in the PrusaSlicer to minimize print times, reduce material wastage, and created a design requiring minimal supports.
OTR Training
As a member of the Ontario Tech FSAE Racing team, I've been introduced to the basics of drafting and modelling in Solidworks and Siemens NX.
I was also tasked to dimension and model PCB's and custom mounts for the tophat assembly of the vehicle.
3D Printed Low-Cost Prosthetic
A research project I worked on in high school where I designed a prosthetic that has a fully 3D-printable casing and focuses on maintaining a low-cost while providing an electrical prosthetic to combat the demand in Malaysia.
Utilised servos, fishing wire and a simple microcontroller.
IEC - Gravity Powered Car
I participated at the Internal Engineering Competition (IEC) where I was tasked with creating a 'Gravity Powered Car' with simple materials - focusing on rapid prototyping.
I presented the prototype to a panel of 4 judges, talking through the design process and then demonstrating its capabilities on a track!
This car was modelled after Stanley the Goose, the OTU mascot! I received a special mention for the most innovative design at the competition.
