The scale used here is based on a grade out of 8 with 8/8 being the rarest.
Either the machine is that brand new or is in enminent danger of being retooled with newer equipment. Meets at least one of the following criteria:

MachinesThere are more newer equipment or slightly more older machines yet to be retooled than Super Rare.
Examples:
MachinesThe machine isn't the most common out there, but more common than Super/Very Rare.
Examples:
MachinesSlightly more common than rare, but kinda uncommon due to it being a newer model or starting to get retooled.

MachinesA little bit common, but not in all states/provinces. Either newer, kind of rarer, or starting to be retooled.
