Have you ever wondered why do you feel good at a bonfire, or while doing river rafting, or while walking in a park or forest, or while playing a musical instrument, or while dancing your heart out, or while witnessing a sunrise or a sunset, or while doing gardening or any other hobby of yours, or while doing a long bike ride, or while playing with your pet animal, or just talking to a person you admire the most?
It happens to me all the time and I have always wondered why I felt good when I associated myself with an activity that I enjoy doing, with a thing that I aspire, with an animal that I love, or with a person that I care about. It made me more curious when I realized that I am more energetic when I am around them than I am otherwise. Moreover, these associations constantly have helped me to be creative, to be more understanding, to be more acceptable, to be more composed, to be more empathetic, and to be more decisive in my life matters.
The answer, to this not-a-mystery, lies in the relation of these TAPAPs (Things, Activities, Plants, Animals, & People) in refreshing your mind by giving you positive energies, good frequencies, & powerful vibrations, and bringing you alive – alive in energy, thoughts, decisions, and actions. In addition to what these TAPAPs do for you and how these TAPAPs help you, I will also be stressing how you can incorporate #livingwithaliving lifestyle practices in your life.
I am sure that you must be having several questions in your mind right now - How to understand or even recognize which things, activities, plants, animals, people give out positive living power?, What is this TAPAP?, What is a positive living power? Do we really need to follow #livingwithaliving lifestyle practices to have a happy life as claimed? – and I will try to answer all of your doubts through the following explanations.
Every entity in this world radiate some energy, communicate through frequencies, and possess vibrations that affect us in every possible way imaginable – personal, professional, social, spiritual, mental, physical, financial, emotional, etc. However, these entities can be good – holding positive living power, as well as bad – holding negative living power. Associating with bad entities could bring you closer to negative energies, bad frequencies, and low vibrations affecting your personal, professional, social, spiritual, mental, physical, financial, and emotional life. While associating with good entities could positively transform every aspect of your life, bringing you prosperity, success, & good health. Therefore, one must know which entity is good for them and which entity is bad.
A TAPAP (Thing, Activity, Plant, Animal, or People) is an entity having a positive living power and is defined as something that has its own positive energy, good frequency, and powerful vibration capable enough to help you and to transform and increase your overall wellbeing in every aspect of your life.
Any ‘activity’ that helps you to feel energetic and alive is TAPAP.
Any ‘thing’ that helps you to calm your feelings or motivate you is TAPAP.
Any ‘animal’ or ‘living being’ that helps you to be happy and feel confident is TAPAP.
The only catch to recognize your TAPAPs is that you have to know yourself first – your body, your mind, your likes, your dislikes, your family, your friends, your choices, your aspirations, your purpose, and your life, because a TAPAP for one may not be a TAPAP for others.
These TAPAPs strike our five sense organs – Eye, Ear, Nose, Tongue, Skin, through their energy, frequency, and vibration, refreshing our mind, body, and soul, and by helping us connect with our five existential elements – Air, Water, Earth, Space, and Fire.
Let me tell you my story about how doing simple day-to-day activities and associating myself with different TAPAPs have led me to be clearer in my life and pursue my life purpose.
They say that morning is the most important time of the day in anyone’s life, therefore let me start with my morning activities (not a routine, as I prefer doing things as per my mood and priorities).
I make my bed & drink lukewarm water/moon-charged water/copper vessel water.
I listen to the music of different genres ranging from old classic songs to shlokas & mantras, from happy songs to upbeat pop songs.
I practice yoga, HIIT, meditation, walking, and cycling. (preferably in the open area facing the sun)
I cook my breakfast after caring my plants in the garden.
I take a cold bath and then light an incense stick.
If you could see that my morning activities try to involve my five sense organs while also connecting myself to the five existential elements. These activities, in turn, help me to feel fresh giving me enough positive energy for the rest of my day.
Note: I detest myself watching any news channel or reading any newspaper to distant myself from any negative stories to start my day with.
Moreover, I keep things that have positive living power in my house that could include indoor plants, motivational quote posters, salt lamps, high-vibrational metals, aroma diffusers, etc. Additionally, regularly talking to and keeping in touch with wise and intelligent people, and reading books/novels also help me in having a clear direction in my thoughts, actions, decisions, and in my life.
But this is me, my morning activities, and my way of lifestyle, & it may not suit you and that’s totally fine because no two human beings are same and neither their lifestyle. Therefore, finding activities that energize you and surrounding yourself with living things to give you positive living power all the time is as important as earning money for your livelihood.

With these lifestyle practices, I am just making you aware of the often-neglected things in your life that could otherwise help you lead a happy life, a life you may be searching for it elsewhere, that could easily be found in your home space. One can be happy and mentally active just by respecting and acknowledging positive TAPAPs in life and associating with people radiating positive living energy with their presence, thoughts, and actions.
The idea, of this #livingwithaliving lifestyle, is to educate you about the TAPAPs you associate yourself with within your life that could have a transformational effect on your thoughts, decisions, and actions in your life. Remember, the people you connect with is what you become, the things you associate with is what you become, and the activities you do is what you become – transforming you and your life.
