Description of the museum
In this museum there are six frescoes about Jesus’ life. They come from the monastery of St. Antonio in Polesine. It was founded in 1297. Chronologically arranged, the frescoes are about Jesus’ life. The first fresco is about pregnant Mary. The second one is about Jesus' childhood. The third one is about Jesus among the doctors. The fourth one is about the crucifixion. The fifth one is about the Dormitio Virginis. The sixth one is about the assumption of the Virgin Mary. These frescoes belong to Giotto’s school of Rimini and date back from the 14th century. Our intention is to make people know Jesus' life and Giotto's school technique.

In the middle there is Saint Augustine that is praying. In the bottom left-hand corner there is a man that is praying and is looking upwards. . The picture makes the viewer feel calm. The artist uses light colors to express calm. The picture inspires the viewer to think about liberty.
