I get up WAY before everyone else. Like, a lot. I'm a morning person, in a household of not morning people. I work from home. I'm a corporate trainer from 8-5 and I run a business, NetherCream, from 5-9. In my free time I write children's books.
BREAKFAST for Me:
Oatmeal
Eggs or Cottage Cheese
Peaches or Pineapple
OR I make a Natalie Aul's Breakfast Bake. I triple the recipe and bake it in this cute muffin tin so my hubby and son can have some. I get two muffins! I usually top with a mixture of yogurt and pecan butter. I freeze my bananas in 12 oz. portions so they defrost to very mushy bananas. It takes me 5 minutes to mix everything together. I bake for 25 minutes. My FAVORITE is peaches and raspberries.

BREAKFAST for My Kids:
Oatmeal or Ezekiel Bread
Eggs (Usually hard boiled, but sometimes they want fried.)
Applesauce, kiwi, or canned fruit (They either measure out 6 oz. or eat two 3 oz. cups.)
LUNCH for Me:
Tuna Fish or Chicken Salad (I make this in a huge batch on Mondays. It's enough to feed us throughout the week.)
OR Hummus
Veggies: I usually cut up one or two during my lunch break and place on a plate for others in my family to enjoy.
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Green/Red/Yellow/Orange Peppers
Black or green olives
LUNCH for My Kids:
Meat & Veggie Soup (I heat it up in the microwave.)
Applesauce or canned fruit (They either measure out 6 oz. or eat two 3 oz. cups.)
Some of the cut up veggies
DINNER for Family First 30 Days:
I pick one of the proteins we purchased for the week
I pick one of the veggies we purchased for the week
Throw in Instant Pot, Air Fryer, or Oven
Fat is generally olives
Marina or salsa
DINNER for Kids Who Don't Like What I've Cooked:
Soup
Cheese sticks
Yogurt
Cut up veggies (Though my son usually likes the veggies.)
I'd like to point out, my son goes with me to the store and picks out soup he would like to eat. I have no problem with him eating soup. He's also made himself gluten-free pizza. His options are limited because, to be honest, I don't have any garbage in the house. If he really doesn't want something he can always have cheese sticks and an apple. He's happy creating his own little menu of foods he likes.
DINNER for Family Today:
Look up a really cool BLE recipe
Make it with hubby
Eat amazing food
