Releasing and not losing. When you release something you are setting it free to never be found again. When you lose something you may try to find it again. Hence, we release weight, like a fish, to swim away and never be hooked again.
A lot of people post about scales, going up, not moving, etc. This is my last two months. I've released 20 pounds. If you notice there are times when my weight actually goes up. That's when I was on my period and had water gain. Notice the sharp drop after it was over.
I believe you release weight, your body heals and adjusts, then releases again. This is the healthy way to do it.
Believe in the plan. It is a way of life and it works. Enjoy the process and have fun releasing!
There are lots of things you can do to help with plateaus including but not limited to:
Drink more water
Cut down on nuts/nut butters
Replace fruits for veggies for breakfast and lunch
Watch your sodium intake
Not get frustrated and stick with the plan
