Shopping
My shopping list isn't your shopping list but these are things we try to keep on had at all times. We shop once a week. We try to get in and get out quickly! We hit up the produce, meats, then dairy. We are a family of 4: 3 adults and 1 child.
When we go, we have the list of staple things we buy every week and try to plan out 7 proteins for dinner. Lunch proteins are usually a tuna or chicken salad, which I make in bulk on Mondays, or hummus.
FROM COSTCO organized how we shop: Usually $200 enough to last 2-3 weeks. It's Costco, sometimes we buy too much, ok, most of the time we buy too much, but most of it is frozen or is added to our food storage. If we only bought what we needed for a week it would be around $65.
