Mind Map

Description

For the mind map we were to choose a goal and make a mind map for how we could reach that goal. I chose as my goal to get promoted to full professor. That's probably not a goal that most CSIT 101 students have. I had a great time making my mind map and I started to think of the ways that I could use the mind map in my own courses.

Lessons Learned

I really enjoyed this project. It was a bit outside my comfort zone in a good way. I learned that I could make the shapes of the mind map correspond to a kind of hierarchy. I am learning to check for headings and to make sure the files are named and placed in the correct way. Today I also learned how to embed the two types of documents accurately. This has been fun.
