Collaborate with you on program development and assist with recruitment efforts (if needed/ requested).

SDA director is certified in OFAC compliancy and maintains up to date information for legal travel to Cuba.

Bilingual guide/translator for all guided tours, guest lectures, and cultural and academic visits.
Cuban Institutional affiliation and certification for your program with the Center for Psychological and Sociological Research (CIPS) a research institute of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment.
Academic tuition for all lectures, conferences, and academic site visits.
All transportation for programmed events and experiences.
Airport transfers.
Accommodation for delegates in double rooms. Private apartment(s) for program leadership located near the general group lodging. Both accommodations are overseen by local host (includes linens and towels with one optional personal laundry service).
All breakfasts, lunches and dinners in Havana
Welcome and farewell dinners/activities included.
Traveler’s insurance with Asistur beyond general coverage provided by your airline, including COVID 19 coverage.
Two cell phones with a local line for local/international calls and internet use (initial $25USD per week per line included). Expenses beyond $25/week are considered a personal expense and delegation leadership should plan to purchase recharge cards.
On-site Director oversees your program itinerary and serves as a 24/7 emergency contact support aside from your immediate SDA and CIPS staff.
SDA staff and director are thoroughly trained in emergency response and receive ongoing training and support to enact emergency action plans as needed.
Videographer/photographer on site during your program to provide you with digital archive.
Gratuities included on all program activities as well as included housing and meals.
Any additional meals or activities not specified or listed as “included” or listed as “on your own” on your itinerary.
Incidentals (additional taxis, hospital deposits, calls, internet, or any types of loans).
Domestic and/or international airfare to/from Cuba.
