Program details

Son Dos Alas is dedicated to designing custom educational delegation travel to Cuba. 

For MVP 65 we aim to cater to each minor child athlete, alongside their custodian, a unique experience within the larger group dynamic. We have devised a program that is of interest to young athletes, making lectures, site visits, and recreational activities specifically prepared for children ages 7-12. 

At the same time, adult custodians will get the opportunity to discover Havana's cultural and historical importance without being treated solely as chaperones. When applicable for adult recreational activities, children's caregiving and sitting can be made available on a case by case basis for an additional cost. 

We offer programming for large groups for which we aim to provide a custom experience despite their larger size. We can accommodate groups as small as eight to ten delegates or as large as thirty-five to fifty participants without compromising the quality of attention to each individual traveler. 

All transportation for program content activities is included. Airport transfers and daily transportation is conducted either in large busses or in air conditioned vans.

Airfare is not included. It is expected that delegates arrange their own air travel to/from Havana to participate in all days of program content including arrival and departure of the outlined program. Cuban visas are only for the duration of the program, delegates may not arrive early nor extend their stay beyond the visa/program dates. Airport transfers will be arranged to suit individual delegates arrivals and departures. 

The general itinerary outlines all included meals, most of which take place either in Havana or at the group residence. All welcome and farewell events are covered as part of the program package. For meals outside the residence, we select locations based on the delegation’s unique gastronomic interests. Lunches have also been calculated to include local athlete teams and invited guests.
