Payments and passports:
Payment Schedule – MVP Youth Baseball Exchange (March 31 – April 5, 2026)
1. Deposit – $1,000 USD (Deposits may be made any time between now and December 22 to secure a participant’s place).
Due: December 22, 2025 (100 days prior to program start)
Initial Deposit if not made earlier
Passport main page scan submission (Passports cannot expire less than six months from program end date).
2. Second Payment – $1,500 USD
Due: December 31, 2025 (90 days prior to program start)
3. Final Payment – $750 USD
Due: January 25, 2026 (65 days prior to program start)
Program Cost: $3,250 USD
4. MVP65 Payment - $500 USD
Due: February 28, 2026

$3,250.00 USD per chaperone
We require full payment and all passport scans for all participants no later than 100 days prior to program start date. This is a hard deadline to acquire academic visas.
We prefer ACH payments but can also process payments via checks, wire transfers, Zelle and Venmo. Credit cards incur an additional 5% processing fee.

50% refund of deposits are available up to 90 days prior to the program start date. Second and final payments are non-refundable.
90 – 60 days from program start date:
Receive Son Dos Alas’ Cuba predeparture travel handbook, recommended reading list, cinema suggestions, and web resource guide.
Participate in a required Son Dos Alas online pre departure information session.
Submit predeparture medical and dietary /health information form.
One on One meetings with facuty and/or students as requested available with Son Dos Alas team for personal, medical, health or professional inquiries.
60 – 30 days from program start date:
All students/delegates sign online Son Dos Alas service and behavior agreement.
Submit arrival and departure airline information (as group or individually)
7-10 days from program start date:
Receive Son Dos Alas’ OFAC compliance letters, visas, and final clearance for program participation and travel.
